Shipping policy

All orders are shipped for free via USPS Ground Advantage mail. Tracking is included. Orders are usually shipped within one business day of your purchase. Shipping is anonymous. We use a fake return address to secure your anonymity.  You will receive an email with tracking information after your order ships. Customers can choose to reveal their identity in a personalized note if they choose to. It's free to add a personalized note to any prank package.

We only ship to US addresses. Please note that our refund policy does not cover typos in the shipping address or cancellation of orders after the item has been shipped.
Gift cards are delivered digitally.
