Refund policy
Not to toot our own horn, but we are pretty damn good at delivering prank packages. That's why we are called PrankPackage.com.
However, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us! We handle every customer with care on a case-by-case basis, and we're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our pranks. So if there's anything we can do to make it right, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
What is covered by our Refund and Replacement Policy?
- Lost in the mail. We usually ship our prank packages within one business day. They are usually delivered within 3 to 6 days. However, sometimes delivery takes longer due to factors beyond our control. If your tracking information hasn't been marked as "delivered" within 3 weeks of shipping, we'll send a free replacement.
- Magically turned into a potato. If your prank package undergoes a mysterious transformation and turns into a spud, we want to see it! Send us a video and we'll send you a new package. We can't guarantee that it won't turn into a turnip next time, but that's the risk you take with prank packages.
- Order cancellations. We can cancel and refund any order for any reason before it ships.
What Is not covered?
- Your prank victim laughs so hard that they wet their pants. We would be flattered, but our return policy does not cover that.
- Typos in the shipping address caused by sausage fingers, alcohol, weed, autocorrect, or any other reason. Double-check before you order!
- You accidentally pranked yourself by using your own address instead of your victim's shipping address.
- Your prank recipient refused delivery. It's your job as the customer to choose a prank that your prank recipient will find appropriate and funny. Always keep the sense of humor and feelings of your prank recipient in mind.
- You thought your prank package contained an actual blow-up doll, gay cruise pass, vaginal odor cure, herpes test kit, and/or pair of used granny panties. If you thought that these were real products, we are concerned.
Cancellations: Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped. We ship very quickly, so we cannot guarantee that your cancellation will be approved. But we will do our best to accommodate your request!
All Other Return Reasons: We don't do refunds or replacements for any other reason. Why you ask? Because what you're really buying is priceless: the look on your victim's face when they open up that package and realize they've been had. Our prank packages are just the medium that delivers that moment of laughter. And let's be honest - if we let customers have their money back after we successfully pranked the heck out of their victim, we'd be out of business faster than you can say "whoopie cushion".
